Artistic Director, Peter Day, leads a small team of expert artists and designers. Supporting this team of professionals are a group of highly skilled partners, specialists in their field.

With over 30 years experience in public art, Peter has been cited as one of the most profilic public artists in Australia. Working in a variety of mediums, he has created over 200 public projects, both on the East Coast of Australia and overseas.

Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

Rina is a creative and effective engagement practitioner with more than twenty years experience working with the three tiers of government, non-profit organisations and the private sector in Australia.

Sandie O'Neill  

Business & Project Manager Specialist

Sandie has over twenty years experience in business development and project management. She administers all business requirements to ensure high quality services are delivered to our existing and prospective clients.

Vivien Tagalakis  

Industrial/Graphic Designer

An industrial designer and graphic artist, Vivien utilises her expertise and training in developing our CAD drawings, graphic materials and assisting Peter in design and research.


Terry Cook  

Mosaicist/Sculptor and Tiler

Terry is a highly experienced mosaicist and tiler, having taught at Tafe. He brings an eye for detail and is fastidious in quality control of image interpretation and installation.

Our Commitment to our Community: EA+D are committed to contributing to our community. We will donate 10% of our working week to pro-bono work for charities and small community organisations. We are also happy to provide free advice on project development to any organisation (inc. councils, community groups, etc.) wishing to provide the best quality project administration and infrastructure for artists to work within.
